PURE D’LITE WHEY beverage contains a high percentage of health promoting WHEY proteins, a presence of yogurt culture particles, less lactose (hard to digest sugar), less antigens (allergy-causing agents). It is a perfect balance of simple and complex carbohydrates,acting as a time release capsule, rather than adding to ("sugar jolt"). There is an absence of congestive mucus effects.
