My WholesaleWorld.com is a buying club that offers it's members a discount on merchandise. IT is free to register with My Wholesale World or Ultimate Health Inc. Once you are registered you may purchase products from MyWholesaleWorld.com Website or Ultimate Health's catalogue at the member price.
Those members who wish to participate in the discount or referral program must purchase a monthly order of Ultimate Health Products at the website or catalogue member price. This month order qualifies you for product discounts, rebate cheques and a host of other benefits. You may start at any level you want. The higher the level the more benefits you will receive. You may move up to the next level anytime.
A Copper member is entitled to a 10-20% discount on purchase after their monthly purchase.
A Bronze member is entitled to a 10-25% discount on purchase after their monthly purchase.
A Silver member is entitled to a 10-30% discount on purchase after their monthly purchase.
A Gold member is entitled to a 10-40% discount on purchase after their monthly purchase.
I have read and understand the Member Policies, Procedures, Marketing Plan, Independant Member Agreement and Application of My Wholesale World and desire to become a Member of My Wholesale World with full knowledge of the following facts and agree that:
1. As an independant member, I will be responsible for all the collection and remittance of all self-employed tax, licenses and permits required by any level of Government including income tax.
2. I further acknowledge to have received and read all the policdies, procedures of My Wholesale World and to abide by them, also to accept them and other provisions as promulgated by Myh Wholesale World as additions to and in replacement of this agreement or parts or portions ther of, I agree to indemnity My Wholesale World and hold it harmless for any and all liability, incurred as a result of my unauthorized representation of My Wholesale World products, compensation plan, policies and services.
3. The Member Agreement may be terminated at any time by the Member upon written notification to the company. The company may terminate the Member Agreement for any material violation of these rules and regulations or policies, procedures and code of ethics.
4. My Wholesale World reserves the right to make changes/amendments where deemed necessary in respect to volume, policies, procedures, and marketing plan.
